Focusing on the technical aspects of super realism and the beautiful ambience of abstract painting, Reid Richardson's work generates a feeling of incredible synergy. Reid lives and works as a painter and printmaker in Tempe, Arizona, where he graduated from Arizona State University with a Fine Arts degree emphasizing painting. Having exhibited locally in Scottsdale, Arizona, he has also had the privilege of showing internationally in Zurich, Switzerland. Experimenting with a wide spectrum of painting styles and mediums, Reid found his forte using a unusual technique combining Surrealism with the beauty of Italian and Dutch masters. His work transcends the boundaries of any particular painting style, creating a unique beauty which engages the intellect as well as the emotions of the viewer.
