    A chilled preparation of avocado, cucumber, yogurt and dill, garnished with Pico de gallo and a pita chip.

    Mango Tuna Poke* $12.99

    Cubed raw Ahi Tuna, mangos, red bell peppers, scallions, onions, cilantro, ginger, jalapenos, spicy poke marinade and sesame Lavosh chips.

    Tomato Carpaccio with Arugula $8.99

    Thin sliced hot house tomatoes and wood-fired zucchini dressed with a herb vinaigrette blend including red onion, parsley, caper, and dill pickle; topped with baby arugula tossed in a lemon dressing, balsamic glaze garnished with parmesan cheese, pine nuts and a pita chip.

Born in Chicago, Diane Di Bernardino Sanborn today lives and works in Scottsdale. Her degrees include an MFA in Drawing and Painting from Illinois’ Governors State University; a BS Art Ed from Illinois State University, and an Associates Degree in Art Transfer Studies from Triton College in Illinois. The founder and director of BRIO Fine Arts, an organization dedicated to fostering creativity and the arts education of hundreds of students in the southwest, she is also a juror and curator for Arizona-based art exhibits.
