Has it really been that long ago? We were just kids when we opened the original Pita Jungle in 1994. Back then, we noticed that more people were interested in eating healthier. And we thought they'd like to do it in a fun, relaxed, friendly, and visually-stimulating environment. Not much has changed since then. We still even act like kids.

The artist style in expressionism is to bring the viewer into the painting finding a sense of beauty, calmness and sometimes laughter.  Finding a place for the viewer to go and find peace.
In the style of expressionism she likes the freedom of using the movement of the paint to create an expression of emotion.  Acrylic is artist’s preferred medium, because of the rapidity in its use, causing the artist to project an expression. The artist’s use of different papers gives added texture.
