Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus

Chickpea puree with roasted red bell peppers and tahini sauce, seasoned with fresh garlic and lemon juice.

Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus

Chickpea puree with cilantro, jalapeno and tahini sauce, seasoned with fresh garlic and lemon juice and topped with Pico de Gallo.

Baba Ganoosh

Broiled eggplant puree with tahini sauce, yogurt, fresh garlic and lemon juice.

Tzatziki

Yogurt and cucumber dip with garlic, mint and Zaatar herbs.

Garlic Dip

An emulsion of olive oil and lemon juice, with fresh garlic and smashed potatoes.

Hummus with Grilled Chicken

Hummus dip topped with seasoned grilled chicken and toasted pine nuts. Served with two pitas.

Hummus with Seared Ahi Tuna*

Fresh sesame crusted Ahi tuna pan-seared and paired with choice of hummus and two warm pitas. Served medium rare.

Spanakopita

Layers of crisp fillo dough stuffed with fresh spinach, onions, parmesan and feta cheese. Contains eggs.

Dolmades

Six grape leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onions and parsley, cooked in olive oil and lemon juice.

Falafel Platter

Crispy chickpea croquettes on a bed of greens, with tomatoes, sumac, onions, cucumbers, pickles and tahini sauce. Served with two pitas.

Blue Corn Nachos

Blue corn tortilla chips covered with mixed beans and melted cheese, topped with diced tomatoes, onions and cilantro with a side of Pico de Gallo and tzatziki.

Gambas Con Ajo

Five jumbo shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic and cilantro in a light tomato sauce. Served with a pita topped with cheese and pesto.

Mozzarella Tomato and Basil

Fresh mozzarella layered with tomatoes and basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Served with pita chips.

Spinach Four Cheese Quesadilla

Mozzarella, cheddar, feta and Swiss cheese melted on Lavosh bread with spinach. Served with a side of tzatziki and Pico de Gallo.
